Delta SG- Drum polishing concentrate
Characteristics
Delta –SG- is a universal drum polishing concentrate. It is over 95% biodegradable and causes no problems during waste water treatment.
It can be used in polishing barrels and vibrators.
Further advantages:
Polishing of all sorts of metals like gold and silver, all non-ferrous metals (brass, new silver, copper) as well as tin and aluminium.
It can be used for jewellery items, technical products, spectacle frame parts and mass production goods.
Stainless steel or normal iron balls can be used thanks to a special ball protecting agent. Also a hand protecting agent has been added.
Thanks to the universal application it is no longer necessary to use several polishing agents or to mix them.
Concentration:
20 to 30ml per 1l barrel volume
Delta A- Drum polishing concentrate
Characteristics
Delta A- is a universal drum polishing concentrate. It is over 95% biodegradable and causes no problems during waste water treatment. The durability of Delta -A- was extended about factor 2 compared to other polishing concentrates.
Electrolytic Degreasing Salt JE610
Characteristics:
This degreasing salt is an anode degreasing agent free of cyanide for galvanic degreasing of all usual metallic objects.
Delivered: in form of salt
60 - 90 g degreasing salt is dissolved in 1 litre hot tap water up (approx. 30-40°C).
Working conditions:
Anode material: stainless steel (V2A)
Anode/Cathode surface: 2:1
Vessel material: PPH, stainless steel (V2A)
Bath filtering: not required
Motion of goods: not required
Bath temperature: 20 - 25°C (room temperature)
Voltage: 6 -10 V
Time: approx. 30-60 sec.
Power density: 5-15 Amp./dm2
Remarks:
This form of degreasing is also suitable for degreasing steel.
When degreasing time is too long a tarnish film forms on the goods which can be removed only by polishing.
Regeneration:
Regeneration is only useful when bath volume is over 100 litres. Degreasing baths should be renewed every week to every four weeks depending on bath infiltration.
Dangers / Waste disposal
The watery solution can be drained off into canalisation only after the waste water treatment. Pay attention to the regulations of the local water administration. Degreasing salt consists of alkali hydroxide (less than 5%). Silicates and complex builders.
Etching Salt JE802
Form of Supply
Salt form
Bath Preparation
50 – 100g Etching Salt per litre demineralised water
Operating Conditions
Temperature: approx. 18°C
Tanks of PPH or other usable plastic
The watery Etching Solution JE802 is qualified to neutralise after alkaline pre-treatments and to activate Steel, Copper and Copper Alloys. The activation with Etching Solution JE802 displaces the conventional usage of acid dipping on base of sulfur- and hydrochloric acid. The time of treatment depends on the concentration and temperature of the solution. Short dipping and swinging of the pieces is in most of the cases adequate. The Etching Salt JE802 is particularly suitable to activate passive nickel layers.
Bath Control / Regeneration
Usually, the Etching Solution JE802 has to be changed in constant intervals. As quantities of replenishment and action control limit depend on the material type it is not possible to give proper instructions.
Disposal
The Etching Solution JE802 is free of AOX and can be conducted to the water treatment after neutralization.
Oximeku C
Oximeku C is used for blackening of copper items and most of its alloys and also for hard solderings with copper allotment.
Covering varnish
The Covering varnish will be used for bicolor items and further plating purposes. It can be burned it at max. 75° C for about 15min. To remove it you have to add 5-10% of formic acid into the allpurpose thinner.
Black Oxide JE600
Black pickle produces a blue to black colouring on silver, silver alloys and copper. The colouring can be shaded in every desired tone by pumicing of wobbling. Colouring with black pickle does not change the brightness of the metal surface to be coloured (thin layers).
Working conditions:
The degreased piece is blackened by dipping into the black pickle or by applying the black pickle with a paintbrush. After the colouring procedure rinse the goods thoroughly under current water and dry them subsequently. According to the application the black pickle can be thinned up to 10 times.
It is recommended to varnish the coloured goods with clear varnish to receive a lasting layer.
Attention:
Before the watery solution is drained into the canalisation, waste water treatment is necessary. Pay attention to the prescriptions of the local water administration. The solution is slightly corrosive and contains no cyanides or other salts of prussic acid.
Storage:
The containers must be protected against light and must be closed air-tightly, as otherwise the black pickle decomposes.
Decoction Agent
The decoction procedure with our decoction agent avoids the annoying and dangerous use of sulphuric acid.
Advantages;
no holes in clothes
less copper in the waste water
easier rinsing
solution must not boil
fewer problems with hollow ware
Bath Preparation:
175-200 g per litre (tap water)
Working tank:
Glass, ceramic, PPH (Acid pot)
Temperature: 60-80° C
If the effect of the solution decreases, it can be regenerated by adding further decoction agent. The solution is also an excellent aid to remove rest of the plaster.ulator (heating safety) and integrated basket for goods.
Laser Bright JE 720
Our flux prevents the annoying traces of:
• smoke
• puff
• oxide
which can occur during laser welding of goods made of silver, gold, brass and steel.
Simply apply the solution with a paintbrush to the goods.
The remaining solution can easily be washed of the goods with warm water after the welding procedure.
If this is not sufficient we recommend our special decoction agent.
Additional advantages of our agent are:
easier welding and thus
better and more beautiful welds
decoction with sulphuric acid is not necessary
